At Sea - March 3, 2008
We spend our third day at sea on our way to our next stop, Puerto Montt, Chile
We spent today at sea, so it gave us a
chance to explore the ship more and to
get caught up on emails and web site
building. In the morning we attended a
lecture by "Col. Reed, an explorer,
adventurer, and Renaissance Man"
according to his bio. The lecture was
on Puerto Montt, our next stop.
Celebrity had a special "Honeymoon
and Anniversary" party that we
attended in the afternoon. We didn't
win the longest marriage contest -
there was a couple there celebrating
their 60th and several celebrating their
50th.  There were also several couples
on their honeymoon.
This was the first "formal"night so we
got all decked out in our beast and
went to watch the sunset before
dinner. Note the flowers on the table.
They put fresh flowers in the room
every few days.  They also put a single
rose in the bathroom each day. Pretty
fancy!!
Each day we meet in one of the many
lounges on the ship to have a "drink of
the day" and watch the sunset.  That
puts us in the "proper mood" for
dinner.  After dinner we went to the
evening show which was quite good.
The sunset was spectacular and I've included a couple (OK four) of the best ones.  We have
been very lucky on the cruise since the weather has been perfect and the sea very calm.
